Cook polenta according to the directions. While mixing it, add one tablespoon of smoked spread. Pour the cooked polenta into a wet baking pan and cool. Cut the chilled polenta into squares, cover it with a slice of fresh tomato and sprinkle some Parmesan and broil for a few minutes. You can also serve it with sour cream and a spoonful of spread.

Tip: We can use any maQfino spread or maQfino vegetable pieces in extra virgin olive oil.
