In a pan heat 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of maQfino sauted onion, a chopped clove of garlic, a bunch of chopped parsley, a spoonful of maQfino sun-dried tomato spread, a glass of water and a glass of white wine. Leave half of the chopped parsley for the end. Cook for a few minutes. Add 500g of shrimp and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Finnish with chopped parsley and salt as needed.
