Home grown Vipava garlic marinated in extra virgin olive oil. It is prepared in such a way as to preserve the major properties that classify it as a health-protecting food.

maQfino garlic is crunchy and not spicy, and because of its mild taste, it does not cause discomfort to the body.

The extra virgin olive oil left in the jar with a mild garlic flavor can be used to enhance compound salads, as a sauce for rice and pasta, but also as an addition to others sauces.
